WOW!

It’s a New Year, a new decade- and my yogic life is getting better and better. My New Year Resolution is to cultivate new and maintain with love my current friendships. I need to make sure my friends are ok, that includes all of you!

It is the beginning of an incredibility busy time but I feel confident in my study plan and my support network. I continue to work hard to maintain and improve my own personal practice. Also I freely volunteer my time to practice my developing my teaching skills as I help in classes of my yoga teacher friends.

Physical practice is just one element of my yoga practice. I need to learn Sanskrit... the language of yoga and yogic meditation. I will delve deeper into my spiritual growth as I digest and discuss enormous amounts of yogic philosophy books. I must understand about bones, muscles and organs of how and why us humans work Plus! – linked to yoga specific subtle anatomy, chakras, breathe and more. Designing my own specific Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire form PARQ as part of the ever present health and safety issues which includes becoming a qualified first aider, I am already insured by the wheel of yoga as a trainee yoga Teacher.

I am very pleased to confirm receipt of an email from the MS society Head Office confirming that they are able to help practically with my yoga teacher training.

Finally it is time to share my dream, I would love for a Croydon yoga and community to be available, bearing in mind the needs of all – I especially am thinking of those disabled and challenged by Multiple Sclerosis but as is the spirit of yoga it should be for everybody. My dream was started at this year’s yoga show http://www.theyogashow.co.uk/ms/
