Karma is action. The law of Karma guides “you reap what you sow” as suggested in the Niyama “laws” limb of advice included in Patanjali eight Limbs of yoga. – It can be good and it can be bad.

• It is living each moment with our guided intentions to do the best as to live life following “Karma Yoga principles” as dictated in the teachings of The Bhagavad Gita.
• Karma yoga is following a specific philosophy. It is a conscious Lifestyle choice to travel the path of Selfless service. - In our actions and thought. Act and think with a selfless Intention.
• Karma Yoga - NO attachment to the result for any action or good deed. Don’t measures your successes by the results but live with continue best intention?
• Human EGO is a great challenge with Karma Yoga.
• Karma Yoga is completely altruistic and can lead to spiritual growth and the discovery of peaceful bliss and joy.
• Karma’s Yoga paradox is the initial goal should not be expected due to the irony of non-attachment.
• The irony of Karma Yoga has no hope or expectation of others gratitude or appreciation.
• Philanthropy and helping the rest of humanity offers the reward of feel good factor, for that reason it truly Karma yoga.
