I thoroughly enjoyed the last intensive and feel i have grown much as a person and stronger as a yoga student. Suddenly everything is clear and i know i am on the right path. Now i am living with each moment with best intentions.
I keep having epiphany, but today's is more about my inner peace. I think actually get the message of true self and everything being unreal. Ever person and being has their own unique true self and that is what matters. Not things, not accomplishments but each soul reaching their own personal potential. Not right or wrong, just be with good intentions, faults are a special quirky quality in their own right.
Of course I am unavoidably tied to the attachment of need to pass the exams and get myself graduated so I can achieve and work towards my life's purpose. Well I am still human and admit that i have a few flaws that make me special and give me to something to work on to grow as a person.

Following Yoga Academy Teacher training workshop week.
I have just spent a week on the Yoga Academy teacher training workshop - – yoga practice, chanting, studying anatomy, meeting my fellow students and made aware of the additional supportive course reading, but have to admit nervous about assessments, perhaps because it is so important i do well when i am assessed. It made me realise.... here comes some yoga philosophy... how relevant the Yama and Niyama are to me but I will share in a future journal entry.
Now I am prepared and excited but keen to “crack on” with Enormous amount of work that waits. I feel surprisingly confident.

Now it gets serious.... yoga training and promoting yoga to the MS world
I'm taking five minutes to reflect on my NOW. I am very excited as I prepare for the first workshop for the yoga academy teacher training. I am quite nervous too.

I have at recovered from this year's yoga show. It really suprised me how completely exhausted it made me on top of the aches and pains.
I know Yoga Aid team have had trouble setting up a link with the just giving. To avoid problems next year I will offer my services and as contact between them and the UK MS society. I will also contact my yoga teacher friends and physio friends and promote the class I inspired Fiona to Creat.... Yoga teacher training course to help teachers teach those with MS.
I'm focusing on moving forward and achieving my goals and being able to help my friends with MS. Many have asked for updates and I will invite them to join this blog. Although like talking with my friends in person... or via facebook. I know that all the things I want/need to do are quite time intensive and today i'm going to prioritise and structure my time - so that I look after my health as I strive towards my goals.
Yippee here we goooooooo.......
